About this Gig
Upgrading Odoo or moving from another ERP is not just a technical task. A successful transition must protect critical workflows, data quality, integrations, customizations, reporting, user adoption, and daily operations.
I will assess your current situation and turn it into a practical, phased upgrade or migration roadmap.
Depending on the package, I will review:

Is this Gig for an Odoo version upgrade or for moving from another ERP?
Both. I can assess an upgrade from an older Odoo version or a migration from another ERP or legacy system. The roadmap is adapted to your current platform, target version, data, customizations, integrations, and operating constraints.
Does this Gig include the actual migration or development?
No. This Gig covers assessment, architecture, and planning. It does not include configuration, coding, data migration, deployment, or production changes. Those can be scoped separately after the roadmap is approved.
Can you review custom modules and integrations?
Yes. Depending on the package and available evidence, I can assess custom modules, third-party applications, APIs, reports, and integrations to identify compatibility risks, dependencies, redesign needs, and validation requirements.
How do AI and automation fit into the roadmap?
I identify where the target system can be simplified and prepared for deterministic automation, integrations, or AI assistance. This Gig does not build those capabilities; it places them in the roadmap with appropriate ownership and controls.
What should I provide before we start?
Share your current system and target version, modules, customizations, integrations, priority workflows, data concerns, deadlines, and known problems. Sanitized diagrams, screenshots, requirements, and module lists are useful. Do not send production credentials.
Will I receive a written deliverable?
Yes. Basic includes concise findings and next steps. Standard includes a structured assessment and phased roadmap. Premium adds target architecture, risk and dependency decisions, and a prioritized implementation backlog.
