Which Odoo versions do you support?
All Odoo versions from 14 through 19, both Community and Enterprise editions. If you're unsure which version is right for your business, message me before ordering - I'll recommend based on your needs.
Do I need to provide hosting, or can you set it up?
Both options work. If you already have hosting (Odoo.sh, AWS, DigitalOcean, or your own server), I'll deploy there using your credentials. If you need help choosing or setting up hosting, check out my dedicated Odoo Hosting gig for a complete deployment.
Can you import my existing data?
Yes - Standard and Premium packages include data import from CSV or Excel files (products, customers, vendors, opening balances, etc.). For complex migrations from other ERPs (SAP, Zoho, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics), please check my dedicated Odoo Migration & Upgrade gig.
What's the difference between the three packages?
Basic ($50) - Quick install + 1 core module configured. Standard ($120) - Install + 5 core modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting). Best for new businesses launching Odoo. Premium ($280) - Full deployment + 7 core modules + data migration + 1-hour training call.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes ? every order includes 7 days of post-delivery bug-fix support at no extra cost. For longer-term maintenance, I offer monthly retainers (configuration changes, new module setup, troubleshooting). Message me after delivery for rates.
