Whichever you already use. Google Sheets is great for sharing online with a team; Excel is better for offline work and bigger files. I work with both.

Yes. Send me the file and tell me what is wrong or what you want to change. The Quick Fix package is made for that.
Will I understand how to use it?
Yes. I add short instructions inside the file and explain the main formulas, so you can update it yourself without calling anyone.
