Your customers ask the same questions every day: prices, opening hours, delivery, returns. I build an AI chat for your website that answers them from your own website pages and documents.
Before you order: send me your website address in a Fiverr message. I'll reply here with a free screenshot or short screen recording of the assistant answering real questions on your own homepage.
How it behaves:
- answers only from your pages and documents, and shows which one it used
- says it doesn't know when the answer isn't there, instead of making something up
- from Standard: takes the customer's name and phone and passes the conversation to you
- writes in English or Hebrew
You also get a test sheet with the questions I tried, the answers it gave and what I fixed, so you see the quality before launch. It goes live with a small code snippet on most website platforms.
What I watch most is wrong answers. A chatbot that is confidently wrong costs you more than no chatbot.
Running costs (AI usage and hosting) are billed to your own accounts. I'll estimate them from your expected message volume before we start.

I help small businesses save time with AI and automation, and bring in more leads: AI chat for your website, Make, Zapier and n8n workflows, invoices and PDFs into checked Excel, spreadsheet models and dashboards, Python data scripts, RTL fixes, and lead systems for local service businesses (landing page, Google and Meta ads, tracking).
My background is operations and procurement. At a glass manufacturer I built a production layer on top of Priority ERP: orders read through its API, turned into PDF work orders, and shop-floor reports loaded back in.

What do you need for the free preview?
Only your website address, sent in a Fiverr message. I build a quick preview from your public pages and reply here with a screenshot or short video of it answering on your homepage. No order needed.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It says so and offers to pass the question to you. You decide which topics always go to a person, for example complaints, refunds or custom quotes.
What will it cost to run each month?
It depends on how many messages you get. AI usage and hosting are billed to your own accounts. Before we start I'll estimate the monthly cost from your expected volume.
Which languages does it support?
English and Hebrew; I test the answers in both myself. Other languages are possible, but I can't vouch for answer quality in a language I don't speak, so you would review those answers.
