FAQ
Which data sources can you use?
Anything with an API or export: Google Sheets, CRMs, Stripe, databases and many SaaS tools. If there's no API, reports can often work from exports or emails. Each of these counts as one source in the packages.
Does AI see all my data?
No. AI gets only the totals needed for the summary, never raw rows like individual orders or customers. If you prefer, the report can work without AI
What will it cost to run?
Nothing to me. Depending on your setup, you may pay for hosting, n8n Cloud, a WhatsApp gateway or AI usage. Simple reports can run in Google Apps Script at no cost. I'll tell you the expected costs before we start.
Can reports go to Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp and email?
Yes. Basic includes 1 channel, Standard 2 and Premium 3. Different reports can go to different people.
Can I change the report later?
Bugs are fixed free for 14 days after launch, as long as the code hasn't been changed. Small edits to texts or the schedule are quick; new metrics or data sources are quoted separately.
