What happens if a guest messages outside normal hours?
On Premium, guests are covered 24/7. On Basic and Standard, response times follow standard business hours unless you add the 24-hour coverage upgrade.
Can I start on Basic and move up later if I add listings?
Yes, message me anytime to upgrade tiers or add listings. No need to cancel and restart.
Do you guarantee more bookings or higher occupancy?
