I will interpret lc ms and gc ms spectra and draw fragmentation pathways
Scientific figures, chemistry structures and mass spectrometry
About this Gig
Need help interpreting LC-MS/MS or GC-MS spectra? I review selected compounds and explain which fragment assignments your data support.
I hold an MSc in Chinese Materia Medica, have 5 peer-reviewed papers, and hands-on experience isolating and identifying natural products.
Packages cover 1, 3 or 5 specified compounds, not entire untargeted datasets. Each includes an annotated spectrum, a fragment-assignment table, and a proposed fragmentation pathway with uncertainties stated. Delivery: 3, 5 or 7 days; 2 revision rounds.
Send exported spectra or peak lists (CSV/Excel/PDF), precursor m/z, ionization mode, collision energy, and candidate structures or references. Please message me before ordering so I can check feasibility.
Deliverables: annotated PDF/PNG figures, an Excel/CSV table and editable vector pathway files. Written communication through Fiverr; no live call is included.
Tentative annotation is not confirmed identification. Unknown structures may require standards or NMR. No guaranteed identification, fabricated data, manuscript writing, raw-file processing, or full metabolomics pipeline.

FAQ
Can you confirm an unknown compound from MS alone?
No. I provide evidence-based tentative assignments and explain uncertainty. Confirmation may require reference standards, retention-time matching or NMR.
What files and instrument details do you need?
Send exported spectra or peak lists (CSV, Excel or readable PDF), precursor m/z, ion mode, collision energy and candidate structures. Native vendor-file processing is not included.
What counts as one compound and a revision?
One specified compound with one agreed spectral dataset and proposed pathway. Two rounds of corrections within the original scope are included. New compounds, new datasets or a changed research question require a separate quote.
