What do I need to send you to get started?
Access to your project (or exported/GitHub code), plus a description, screenshot, or screen recording of the problem. The more detail you give, the faster I can fix it.
What if the bug turns out to be bigger than expected?
I'll tell you before doing any extra work. If it's outside the scope of your package, I'll let you know what's involved so you can decide how to proceed — no surprise charges.
How long will my fix take?
Basic tier: 1 days. Standard and Premium depend on complexity, and I'll confirm a clear timeline once I've seen the issue.
Can you also add a new feature, not just fix a bug?
Yes — small feature additions are included in Standard and Premium. If you need a bigger build, I'll quote that separately.
Is my project and data kept private?
Yes. I don't share, reuse, or discuss your project with anyone. If you need a formal NDA before sharing access, just ask.
What if you can't fix it?
If I review your project and find the issue can't be resolved (e.g. a platform-wide outage), I'll tell you upfront and we'll sort out a refund or adjustment — you won't pay for something I can't deliver.
