What do you need from me to start?
A short description of the workflow you want, the apps involved, and access to them (API keys or logins). I confirm the scope with you before I start building.
How long does delivery take?
Basic takes 3 days, Standard 5 and Premium 7. Quick replies and early access to your tools speed things up. Missing API access or app limits can slow it down.
What counts as a revision?
A change to the agreed workflow, like a different field mapping or condition. New apps, new triggers or a different workflow are a new scope and need an extra or a new order.
Which package should I pick?
Basic for one simple 2-app workflow. Standard for multi-step flows with data sync and logic. Premium for 5 tools, an AI step and custom API calls. Not sure? Message me first.
What do I receive, and where can I use it?
A working, tested n8n workflow set up on your n8n (Cloud or self-hosted), plus the JSON file and a short guide. It runs on your own accounts for your business.
Who owns the work?
You do. Once it's delivered and paid for, the workflow is yours to use and edit. I never share your data or credentials with anyone.
What's not included?
n8n hosting or subscription fees, third-party app costs, API usage charges (like OpenAI), and building new apps from scratch. Ongoing maintenance is separate.
Can I get rush delivery or extras?
Yes. Use the Gig Extras for faster delivery or more workflows. For urgent or larger jobs, message me and I'll send a custom offer.
I'm new to automation. Is this safe for my accounts?
Yes. I only use the access you give me, and you can revoke it any time. I test with sample data first and walk you through how it works.
