Which files and tools will I receive?
Basic delivers an Excel dashboard and PDF summary. Standard/Premium deliver a custom Power BI PBIX source file and PDF summary. The work starts after the brief is agreed; cloud hosting and paid licences are not included.
Can you clean messy HR data?
Yes. I check missing values, duplicate rows and inconsistent labels within the agreed package files. Send a small anonymised sample before ordering if substantial cleaning or a larger dataset is involved.
Do you handle confidential HR data?
Send only anonymised data needed for the agreed analysis, through Fiverr. Remove employee names, emails, phone numbers and IDs. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records.
What type of data can you analyse?
Anonymised workforce, attrition and recruitment data in Excel or CSV. Basic/Standard cover one agreed file; Premium covers up to three. Confirm the KPI definitions, date range and joins with me before ordering.
