I will create jewelry cad design and silicone mold for casting

About this gig
Custom jewelry CAD design and silicone mold design for jewelry makers, designers, and small manufacturers moving from concept to castable production. I model your ring, pendant, earring, bracelet, or charm design in precise CAD, then build a silicone mold engineered for accurate, repeatable casting.
Every design accounts for real casting mechanics correct wall thickness for strength, clean parting lines for demolding, and cavity layout that keeps fine detail (prongs, filigree, engraving, gemstone seats) intact through repeated casts.
Good fit for: independent jewelry designers scaling from one-off pieces to small batch production, resin jewelry makers needing repeatable molds, brands producing a signet or logo piece consistently across a run, and anyone with a hand-sketched or rough concept that needs to become a precise, manufacturable design.
You'll receive CAD-native files (STEP, or format of your choice) alongside a 3D-printable STL of the mold ready to send straight to production or a casting house.
Send your reference image, sketch, or existing 3D file and let's get your piece into production.

FAQ
Do I need an existing 3D model, or can you design from a sketch/reference photo?
Either works. If you have a sketch, reference photo, or hand-drawn concept, I'll model it in CAD first, then build the mold around the finished design.
What file formats do I receive?
You'll get a 3D-printable STL of the mold, plus the CAD model itself (STEP or your preferred format) so you have both the mold and the source design for future edits.
Will fine jewelry details like prongs, filigree, or engraving hold up in the mold?
Yes, the mold is engineered specifically to preserve fine detail through repeated casts, with cavity layout and wall thickness chosen to protect delicate features during demolding.
What material can I cast with.. wax, resin, or metal?
The mold can be designed around whichever casting process you use. Let me know your material (wax for lost-wax casting, resin, or metal) so the design accounts for shrinkage and finish correctly.
Can you make a multi-cavity mold so I can cast several pieces at once?
Yes, multi-cavity layouts are available (see Standard and Premium packages) for production runs rather than one-off casts.
Do you provide the physical mold, or just the digital design?
Both options are available. You can receive the digital files only, or I can 3D print and ship the finished physical mold to you, let me know which you'd prefer.
