FAQ
What do I need to provide to set up my multi-vendor marketplace?
I will need access to your WordPress hosting/admin dashboard, your marketplace branding (logo, colors), seller registration rules, commission rate preferences, and payout methods.
How do vendors sign up and sell on my marketplace?
I build dedicated vendor registration pages and individual seller dashboards. Vendors can easily apply, upload products, manage their orders, set up shipping rules, and track earnings directly from their portal.
How do admin commissions and vendor payouts work in Dokan?
I configure your global admin commission rules (percentage or flat fee per sale). The system automatically calculates your platform earnings and manages vendor withdrawal requests seamlessly.
Can vendors customize their own storefronts?
Yes, vendors receive their own unique store URL, custom banner, logo upload options, social profile links, and store review showcase on their vendor page.
Does your package include web hosting and domain registration?
No, you must purchase hosting and a domain name in your name to retain full legal and operational control of your platform. I am happy to recommend top high-performance hosting for marketplaces.
Is the multi-vendor marketplace secure and mobile-optimized?
Yes, I optimize the full marketplace architecture for mobile devices, set up SSL security protocols, and configure vendor permissions to keep your platform fast and secure.
Do you provide a tutorial on how to manage the marketplace backend?
Yes! I provide a complete video walkthrough showing you how to approve vendors, set commission rules, manage withdrawal payouts, and oversee marketplace operations effortlessly.
