Ecwid, Sellfy and Shift4Shop. Each package covers one platform. If you aren’t sure which fits best, message me with your products and budget and I’ll recommend one before you order.
2. Do I need to message you before ordering?
Yes, please. Tell me what jewelry you sell, how many products you have and which platform you prefer, so I can confirm the scope and recommend the right package.
3. Do I need my own account on the platform?
Yes. The store is created under your account so you own it. Plans depend on the platform, and platform fees, domains and apps are paid by you directly to them.
4. What do I need to provide?
Your logo, product photos, prices, descriptions, sizes and materials. If you don’t have photos or text yet, tell me first and we can plan around it before the order.
5. Can you write the product descriptions?
I can tidy and format the text you provide. I don’t write claims about metals, gemstones or “handmade” status, because those must be accurate for your pieces and follow the rules in your country.
6. Do you set up payments and shipping?
Yes, in Standard and Premium. I connect your payment method and set up shipping and tax settings using your details. Some payment providers have rules for jewelry, so check theirs too.
7. Will the store work on mobile?
Yes. I design every store to be mobile friendly and test it on mobile and desktop before delivery, including a test checkout in Standard and Premium.
8. Do you provide traffic or run ads?
No. I build the store only. I don’t run ads, promote your website or provide traffic. I can set up basic SEO so your store is ready for search engines.
9. Can you use my existing domain or website?
Yes, in Premium I connect your own domain. Ecwid can also be added to an existing site. Message me first so I can confirm what is possible on your current setup.
10. Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Standard includes 3 days and Premium includes 14 days of support for questions about your store. Premium also includes a short guide so you can manage your products yourself.
