  1. Research & Requirements Collect technical specs, PCB dimensions, IP rating, environment, budget, etc.
  2. Concept Development Create 35 design concepts and choose the best direction.
  3. Detailed 3D Design Model the enclosure in SolidWorks/Rhino with all internals, snaps, ports, and assemblies.
  4. DFM (Design for Manufacturability) Optimize for injection molding, CNC, or other production methods to reduce cost and improve quality.
  5. Visualization Create photorealistic renders (KeyShot) and presentation.
  6. Prototyping & Testing 3D print prototypes, test fit, ergonomics, and durability. Make iterations.
  7. Production Documentation Prepare manufacturing drawings, STEP files, and assembly instructions.
  8. Production Support Support factory with first samples and final adjustments.
