I will build a custom client portal or business web app

Level 2
About this gig
I design and build a limited business web application around one clearly defined workflow. A client-facing portal can let users sign in, submit information and view status, while an internal role manages the same records within agreed permissions.
Before development we confirm roles, screens, data objects, operations, responsive behavior, integrations, deployment account and acceptance criteria. Delivery includes the agreed interface and logic, role testing, deployment to the agreed environment, project source files and handover notes.
Packages are capped by roles, screens, data objects, workflows and integrations. Native mobile apps, app-store publishing, unlimited SaaS features, complex migrations, payment systems, copywriting, unknown compliance work, hosting and third-party fees are excluded unless explicitly added. New requirements after scope approval are quoted separately.

FAQ
What can the portal include?
Only the roles, screens, data objects and workflow listed in the selected package and approved scope. Additional modules are quoted separately.
Is this a native mobile app?
No. This Gig covers a responsive web application. App Store and Google Play apps and publishing are not included.
Can it connect to my existing system?
Yes when the selected package includes an integration and the system has a compatible API, permissions and plan.
Will I receive source files and deployment?
Yes, project source files and one supported deployment are included. Third-party licenses, hosting and provider accounts remain the buyer's responsibility.
Do you include a security or compliance audit?
No formal audit or certification is included. I test the agreed roles and access paths; regulated or specialized requirements need a separate scope.
Are payments included?
No, unless a specific payment integration is explicitly approved and priced. Multi-currency, subscriptions and financial compliance are separate work.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts an agreed screen or behavior inside the approved scope. A new role, screen, workflow, integration or data object is a new feature.
What support is included after delivery?
The package includes the stated period for correcting defects in delivered scope. New features, provider changes, content entry and operations are separate.
