You're new on Fiverr. Why should I trust you?
I'm new on Fiverr, not new to Shopify: 5+ years experience. I work on a copy of your theme, so nothing changes in your live store until you check and approve the fix.
Why are your prices so low?
I'm building my reviews on Fiverr, so I keep starter prices low. The process and quality are the same as on any other project.
What counts as one fix?
One problem in one place. For example, an add to cart button that does nothing, or a menu that doesn't open on mobile. If your issue is bigger, I'll tell you before you order.
Will my live store break while you work?
No. I make changes on a copy of your theme. Your customers keep using the live store as usual. The fix goes live only after you approve it.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. You send me a collaborator request from your Shopify admin, and you can remove my access at any time.
Will you explain what you changed?
Yes. With every delivery you get a short note: what was wrong, what I changed, and where.
What if the issue can't be fixed?
Sometimes the cause is inside a paid app or Shopify itself. In that case I'll explain why and suggest options. If nothing could be fixed, we cancel the order through Fiverr.
