What if my issue takes longer than 24 hours?
A: I'll notify you within 12 hours if the issue is complex and needs more time. In that case, I'll either: - Extend deadline with your approval - Provide partial solution + escalation path - Refund if I genuinely can't solve it But 95% of issues are fixable within 24 hours.
Do I need to be available for a call?
A: Nope! Everything is async. You send screenshots/details, I send back the fix. If I need clarification, I'll ask via Fiverr messages.
What if the fix doesn't work?
I provide 1 revision with Basic, 2 with Standard, 3 with Premium. If my solution doesn't work, I'll iterate until it does or refund you.
Can you help with errors in languages other than English?
Yes! I can read error messages in most languages. Just send the screenshot and I'll translate + fix.
What if I don't know what caused the error?
That's fine! Send: - Screenshot of error - What you were trying to do - Your OS I'll figure out the root cause.
Do you fix errors in Cursor AI too?
Yes! While my gig focuses on Claude Code, I can help with Cursor, Windsurf, or any AI coding assistant.
