Your company name, bank statement access (read-only export is fine) or files, and any existing bookkeeping file. For e-commerce sellers, I'll also ask for your sales channel reports (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) to set up OSS/IOSS correctly from day one.

Very little. Once we're set up, you send me your bank statements and any invoices monthly (or I pull them directly if we connect your accounting software), and I handle bookkeeping, VAT filing and reporting. You'll get a summary each period — no need to chase deadlines yourself.

Yes — this is one of my core specialties. If you sell to consumers across the EU (Amazon, Shopify, marketplaces), I set up and file your OSS/IOSS returns and make sure your VAT treatment matches where your customers actually are, not just where your company is registered.

No problem — I'll let you know as soon as I see it during onboarding, and we can either upgrade the package or agree on a fair custom quote before I start work. You won't get billed extra without a heads-up first.

I usually reply within a few hours. Delivery time depends on the package (see above), but for ongoing monthly bookkeeping we agree on a fixed recurring schedule so you always know when to expect your reports.
