I want to switch to you from another provider. What do you need for the start?
Please ask your previous accountant to provide the following information for the current year: detailed financial statements (P&L, Statement of financial position) on the last date of the last accounting period general ledger receivables and payables reports fixed assets and depreciation reports
What is required from me to get started?
Please send me photoes of the next documents for KYC Verification: Your passport (please take a selfie holding an open passport in your hands and a clear passport photo separately) Utility bill/proof of address Estonian e-residency card
When I need to do any actions for accounting routine?
From the 1st to the 5th of the month: please send me all invoices and bank statements of the previous month, To the 10th: you will be asked to pay TSD taxes (on salaries, dividends, fringe benefits), if you have any, To the 20th: you will be asked to pay VAT taxes, if you have to pay them.
