1. What do you need to start?
Please send your drawings, CAD or BIM files, existing 3D model, material references, preferred style, video length, required shots, deadline, and final formats. Contact me before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
2. Do I need to provide a 3D model?
The Basic package requires a production ready 3D scene. Simple modeling may be included in Standard or Premium. Complex buildings, interiors, landscaping, BIM cleanup, or incomplete drawings require a custom quote.
3. What is included in the final film?
Depending on the package, the film may include 3D modeling, materials, lighting, camera animation, CGI rendering, AI assisted effects, editing, music, sound design, and final Full HD exports.
4. Is art direction included?
Yes. Each package includes the visual direction needed for the final film, including camera, lighting, color, atmosphere, and pacing. A separate reusable art direction deck or multiple concepts are not included.
5. How do you use AI and preserve geometry?
AI may support atmosphere, people, vegetation, clouds, fog, or conceptual shots. The approved 3D geometry remains controlled in accuracy critical CGI shots. Small visual variations may appear only in AI enhanced scenes.
6. What does one revision include?
One revision means one consolidated feedback round within the approved model, storyboard, camera direction, materials, lighting, and visual style. New scenes, buildings, concepts, or major design changes are quoted separately.
7. Can you create interior and exterior animation?
Yes. I can create exterior, interior, or combined architectural films. Interior visibility, furniture, landscaping, and scene complexity affect the price and delivery time, so please contact me before ordering.
8. Can you deliver social media formats?
Yes. The approved film can be adapted for horizontal, vertical, square, or portrait use. Extra formats may require reframing, separate editing, or additional rendering and are quoted by scope.
9. Do you provide source files?
Source project files are not included by default. They can be quoted separately and may exclude licensed models, textures, vegetation, plugins, HDRI files, and other third party assets.
10. Do you provide architectural drawings?
Yes. Our team includes experienced architectural professionals. Floor plans, elevations, sections, and presentation drawings can be quoted separately after reviewing the project scope, local requirements, and available documents.
