PREMIUM ($80): Four scheduled visits within 30 days, plus basic alert setup; up to 3 total work hours.
All packages cover ONE Linux VPS. Maintenance is scheduled, not 24/7 monitoring or emergency response. Major upgrades, migrations, backups/restores, complex failures and extra hours require separate agreement. No risky changes without your approval.

Q1. What Linux servers do you support?
I mainly support Ubuntu and Debian VPS servers, including Nginx, Docker, SSH and common Linux services. Please contact me before ordering if you use another distribution.
Q2. What access do you need?
I need authorized SSH access with appropriate permissions, your server details and a list of critical services. Temporary, restricted access is preferred. We will arrange credential exchange securely using Fiverr-approved methods.
Q3. Is this a monthly maintenance subscription?
Standard includes 2 scheduled visits and Premium includes 4 visits within 30 days. These are fixed-scope orders, not automatically renewing subscriptions.
Q4. Do you provide 24/7 monitoring or emergency support?
No. Maintenance is scheduled. Premium includes basic automated alert setup, but not continuous human monitoring or guaranteed emergency response.
Q5. Will you fix problems found during maintenance?
Yes, minor agreed fixes are included within the package's total work-hour limit. Major failures, migrations and complex troubleshooting require a separate order.
Q6. Are backups and major upgrades included?
I can check existing backup or snapshot availability before making changes. Backup setup, data recovery and major OS upgrades are not included by default. Potentially disruptive changes require your approval.
Q7. Can you maintain production servers?
Yes, after reviewing the server and agreeing on a maintenance window. I prioritize safe procedures, but zero downtime cannot be guaranteed. Please contact me before ordering for business-critical systems.
