Yoga came into my life long before I ever taught it.

It held me through transitions, heartbreaks, rebirths, silence, and discovery.

It was my anchor during years of exploring my inner world through breathwork, meditation, stillness, conscious movement, and transformative medicine journeys that taught me how to listen to the body's quiet wisdom.

Everything I offer now is born from that path not something I memorized from a book, but something I lived with every cell of my being.

My teaching is slow, intuitive, feminine, and deeply embodied.
