Yes. I turn concepts, datasheets, or hand sketches into a proper schematic diagram with correctly labeled nets before any layout starts. That step alone prevents most of the errors that show up later on the board.
What software and file formats will I receive?
I work in Altium Designer, KiCad, and Eagle. You get the native project file plus industry-standard Gerber (RS-274X), drill files, BOM, and pick-and-place, accepted by any fab house, JLCPCB or PCBWay included.
How do I know the board will actually work before I send it to manufacturing?
Every schematic goes through ERC, every layout through DRC, plus a manual check on trace width, clearance, and decoupling placement. Anything risky gets flagged to you before delivery, not discovered after.
