I will build a clear excel forecast for your small business

About this Gig
Need to see what the next few months could look like? I can turn your figures and assumptions into an Excel forecast you can update yourself.
Start with a 12-month revenue or cost schedule. Standard and Premium add revenue, costs and cash over 12 or 24 months, with two or three scenarios.
Cash is opening cash plus receipts minus payments. This is a planning workbook for one business unit, not a full set of financial statements.
You supply the data and assumptions. I organise the inputs, build linked formulas, check the calculations and add a short guide. The workbook uses ordinary Excel formulas and charts, without macros.
My gallery shows an unpaid bank acquisition study using public data. Neither bank was a client. The images show recorded model results.
Send your source file, currency, Excel version and the decision you need to make before ordering. I will confirm the scope. No tax or investment advice, and no promise of funding or future results.

FAQ
What should I send before ordering?
Send one Excel or CSV file, the forecast period, currency and Excel version. Explain your sales, costs and the decision you need to make. For a cash plan, include opening cash and when money is received or paid. I will confirm the scope first.
What does the Basic package include?
One revenue or cost schedule for 12 months, up to five inputs, one source file and one chart. It includes an editable workbook, a short guide and one revision. It does not combine revenue and costs or include cash and scenario comparisons.
How does the cash plan work?
Each month starts with opening cash, adds receipts and subtracts payments. Closing cash becomes the next month opening cash. You supply payment timing and other assumptions. This is a planning schedule, not a complete set of financial statements.
How do Standard and Premium differ?
Standard covers 12 months, up to 12 inputs and two scenarios. Premium covers 24 months, up to 20 inputs, three scenarios and a dashboard. Both cover revenue, costs and cash for one business unit and one currency. All packages use ordinary Excel formulas without macros.
What does the bank model in the gallery show?
An unpaid study using public Santander and TSB data. Neither bank was a client. It shows recorded scenario results, not achieved returns. The English version passed static checks, but its translated VBA interface has not been verified in desktop Excel.
What does a revision cover?
A revision adjusts the agreed formulas, assumptions or presentation within the package limits. A new business unit, source file or model structure needs a separate quote. Forecasts depend on your assumptions. I do not provide tax or investment advice or guarantee funding.
