FAQ
Which email platforms do you migrate from and to?
I migrate email from Rackspace or cPanel to Microsoft 365 or Zoho Mail.
Will I lose my existing emails?
I take care to preserve supported email data during migration. However, results depend on mailbox condition, access, and migration method. A backup is recommended before starting.
Will my business email experience downtime?
I aim to minimize downtime by planning the migration and coordinating DNS changes. Brief interruptions or delays in email delivery may still occur.
Can you migrate multiple email accounts?
Yes. The number of accounts included depends on your package. Contact me for larger migrations.
Can you migrate calendars and contacts too?
Calendar and contact migration may be available depending on the source platform and tools. Please discuss this before ordering, as it may require an additional fee.
Do I need a Microsoft 365 or Zoho Mail subscription?
Yes. You should have the appropriate destination account and licenses ready before migration. Subscription fees are not included.
What access do you need to begin?
I need details about your source email platform, destination platform, number of mailboxes, and domain provider. Required access will be agreed upon securely. Never send passwords or recovery codes through Fiverr chat.
Can you migrate large mailboxes or many years of emails?
Yes, subject to available storage, migration limits, and mailbox size. Large or complex migrations may require a custom offer and longer delivery time.
