Do you write the course content or only design it?
Design and layout only. You supply the written lessons, objectives, activities and references. Light copy editing for consistency is included; writing new curriculum, assessments or training content is not. Send an outline and you get a page count back the same day.
What files do I need to send before you start?
Final content in Word, Google Docs, PowerPoint or PDF, plus your logo, brand colours and fonts. Trim size and whether it is print, digital or both. If you have a style guide or accreditation handbook, send that too. Rough drafts work; final text avoids reflow charges.
Can you match our existing branding and past materials?
Yes. Send a previous workbook, manual or brand sheet and the layout is built to sit alongside it. Fonts, colour, heading hierarchy and page furniture are matched so a new module does not look like it came from a different provider.
Will my team be able to edit the files later?
Editable source files come with Course Pack and Curriculum System. Basic delivers PDF only, with source available as a $45 extra. Curriculum System also includes a reusable master template so your team can build future modules without starting over.
Can you build a facilitator guide as well as the workbook?
Yes. Course Pack and Curriculum System both include a facilitator guide built alongside the participant workbook, on the same trim so both sit open side by side. Facilitator notes, timings and answer keys are laid out in a separate track from learner pages.
Do you work to CE or accreditation requirements?
Yes. Curriculum System covers the full document set: course description, timed agenda, learning objectives, participant materials, references, evaluation, attendance sheet, certificate and facilitator checklist. Send your accrediting body handbook and it is built to those rules.
