I charge by "animated moments" (scenes), not by page count. Basic: up to 3 moments. Standard: up to 6 moments. Premium: up to 10 moments. Duration depends on the number of scenes.
How do you handle my child's photo?
Used ONLY for this illustration. Processed locally, never uploaded to 3rd-party AI, permanently deleted in 7 days.
Can I use the video for commercial purposes?
Sorry, It's for personal and family use only. For commercial rights, please purchase the "Commercial Use" in Gig Extras.
Do you offer bilingual versions?
Yes! Text and voiceover can be customized in English, Chinese, or Spanish. Available as a Premium upgrade.
I already bought a static book. Can I just buy the animation?
Absolutely! Please message me with your order number, and I will create a custom offer for the animation upgrade.
Do you use AI for the animation?
Yes. I use AI-assisted art direction with full human refinement (character consistency, layout, animation). If you prefer a fully human-drawn workflow, please message me before ordering.
How do revisions work for videos?
Revisions cover color tweaks, minor text edits, and pacing adjustments. Major scene changes or adding new animated moments after approval require a custom offer.
Do I need to provide the story text?
Yes. Please provide your story outline or picture book PDF before ordering. I will confirm if it fits the selected package within 12 hours.
What files will I get?
Final MP4 video file. Source files (e.g., project files, PSDs) are not included. High-res PNG static images can be added as an Extra.
Can I add more characters?
Yes. Basic includes 1 character. Additional characters can be added via the "Additional Character" Extra in Gig Extras (+$25 per character, +2 days).
