What do you focus on when editing?
I will provide detailed feedback on both structure and content, and make sure that your experiences are presented in a way that will "wow" medical schools, and that your personality shines through in your essay. I, of course, will fix any grammatical or syntax errors in your personal statement too.
What if I decide I want a revision after the first round of editing?
Just message me! I will be happy to create a custom package for you to take a second (or third!) look.
Can I decide to add on the activities section later?
Definitely! If you aren't sure if you want just your personal statement edited or if you want to have your activities edited later, just let me know. We can always work out custom packages to fit your needs.
Can you write my personal statement from scratch?
No. Writing your personal statement from scratch is against AAMC/ERAS policy, and it would not be YOUR "personal" statement. Medical schools want to know about YOU! :) That being said, I have a gig to help you brainstorm and outline your personal statement to make the writing process a breeze.
