With over 15 years of experience, I hold a degree in Audio Production and a postgraduate degree in Popular Music. How long does the audiobook editing process take?
Delivery times vary by project length and complexity, but typically I deliver within 3 to 7 business days. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Can I communicate during audiobook editing process?
Absolutely! I’m available for questions and feedback throughout the project.
How do I prepare the audio files to send?
Please export your audio tracks in WAV, MP3, OGG, or MPEG formats, or your project in AAF or OMF. To ensure a proper export, please refer to the PDF guide of your software.
How do I send my files to you online?
You can use Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. If your files aren’t too large, you can also attach them directly in our Fiverr conversation.
Is it possible to make a badly recorded audio file sound good?
Good mixing and mastering help a lot, but they can’t fully fix poor recordings. For the best results, please make sure your audio is well recorded before you send it — I’m always happy to give tips if you need!
What if I’m not satisfied with the audibook editing?
I include 3 free revisions with every package to ensure you’re happy with the result. Additional revisions can be requested for a small fee.
What is a Revision?
A revision is a set of small technical adjustments to your podcast audio, such as trimming or extending sections, adjusting volume levels, tweaking EQ, reducing background noise, or making similar minor edits.
How can I write your credits when the audiobook is released?
Credits are important to recognize all professionals involved in your project. You’re always welcome to use: "Audio Edited by Lucas de Sá."
