What do you need from me to start?
Your book type, target reader, trim size, page count, and any text or page ideas. Colors or examples you like help too. Message me first and I’ll confirm everything before you order.
How long does it take?
Basic takes 2 days, Standard 4 and Premium 7. Sending your trim size and content up front speeds things up. Late content changes or missing files slow it down.
What counts as a revision?
Changes to layout, colors, fonts, spacing or small text edits within the agreed design. A new book type, a different trim size or many extra pages is a new order or an extra.
Which package should I choose?
Basic suits formatting a ready-made interior of up to 30 pages. Standard suits a custom 60-page journal with source file. Premium suits a full 100-page KDP journal with cover images and a social media kit.
What file formats do I get?
A print-ready PDF for KDP upload, plus PNG or JPG cover images. Standard and Premium also include the editable Canva source file, so you can reuse the layout for other books.
What trim sizes do you support?
Common KDP sizes such as 6x9, 8x10 and 8.5x11 inches. Tell me your size before ordering. If you’re unsure, I’ll suggest one based on your book type.
Who owns the design?
You do. Once delivered, you can publish and sell the book on KDP or elsewhere. I don’t resell your design. Canva’s licence rules apply to the elements used in it
What is not included?
Writing the content or prompts, publishing on KDP for you, keyword and listing research, and full cover design with spine and back (available as an extra). Ask me if you need these.
Can you deliver faster or add more pages?
Yes. Extra-fast delivery, additional pages, extra revisions and extra cover images are add-ons on the gig page. Message me first for page counts above 100.
Can you format my KDP journal so Amazon accepts it?
Yes. I set the correct trim size, margins and bleed for KDP print, then export a print-ready PDF. KDP’s final review is Amazon’s, but I format to its published guidelines.
