I will build an ecommerce dashboard with delivery and shipping analytics

About this gig
Your orders are moving. But do you know which ones are late, which states cost you the most to ship to, and which product categories are killing your reviews?
Fulfillment360 is an end-to-end e-commerce operations dashboard built in Power BI that answers those exact questions visually, instantly, and without a single spreadsheet.
WHAT YOU GET:
Executive Overview Total orders, on-time delivery rate, fulfillment time, freight cost
Delay & Delivery Intelligence Late delivery rate by state, monthly delay trends
Shipping Cost & Profitability Freight vs. order value, cost by origin and destination
Returns & Product Risk Rating distribution, category risk table, fulfillment impact on satisfaction
WHY THIS DASHBOARD:
Every color means something. Red = risk. Teal = healthy. Amber = watch this. You read the dashboard before you read a number.
Built on 99,000+ real orders. The scatter plot alone tells you exactly how delivery delays destroy your customer ratings and which regions to fix first.
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU (Standard & Premium):
Your dataset (CSV or Excel)
The 3 business questions you want answered
Your brand colors (optional)
Message me before ordering to confirm your data fits.

FAQ
My data comes from Shopify/WooCommerce — does that work?
Yes — export your orders as CSV or Excel and send it over. If your platform exports in a different format, message me first and I'll confirm it's a fit before you order.
I don't have Power BI installed — can I still use this?
Power BI Desktop is free to download, or I can export your dashboard as a static PDF if you just need something to share internally.
My order data is messy — missing delivery dates, inconsistent state names, that kind of thing. Is that a problem?
Not for Standard or Premium — basic cleaning and standardization is included. For Basic, your data should already be reasonably structured, since that package doesn't include a cleanup pass.
Do I actually own the dashboard after delivery, or am I locked into you for updates?
You own it outright — you get the editable .pbix file, plus the Python pipeline scripts on Premium, so you (or anyone you hire later) can update it without me.
Can you tell me which 3 KPIs actually matter for my business, or do I need to know that already?
That's exactly what the Premium intake questions are for — tell me what decisions you're trying to make, and I'll tell you which numbers actually answer that, not just which numbers look impressive.
