FAQ
Can you fix the WordPress critical error?
Yes! I check the error logs, find the plugin, theme or PHP cause, and fix it safely so your website is back online quickly.
Do I need to share my website login details?
Yes, I need WP admin access (and hosting/FTP access if the site is completely down). I only touch what's needed, and you can change your passwords after delivery.
Will I lose my data or content?
No. I take a backup before making any changes, so your content, pages and settings stay safe.
Do you fix issues after a plugin or theme update?
Yes. Broken layouts, errors or a white screen after an update are some of the most common problems I fix.
Can you help with website hosting?
Yes, I can recommend reliable hosting providers and assist you in setting up your hosting and domain registration.
