1. Is this a complete SaaS application?
This offer covers your public business or SaaS marketing website. Login, subscriptions, payments, dashboards and backend workflows require a separate scope.
2. Do I need approved designs and content?
Yes. Please provide approved desktop and mobile designs, final copy and images you have permission to use. Original design and copywriting are separate services.
3. What counts as one page?
Each included page uses one agreed layout, with up to six conventional sections. Additional layouts, complex interactions and new features require separate estimation.
4. Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes. All packages include responsive implementation based on your approved layouts. We agree the target breakpoints and review the desktop, tablet and mobile presentation.
5. Is a contact form included?
Standard and Premium include one contact form connected to one agreed provider, with a test submission. Newsletter automation and CRM workflows are separate.
6. Are hosting, deployment and source code included?
All packages include source code and handoff notes. Standard and Premium also include deployment assistance for one compatible environment. You pay for hosting, domains and third-party services.
7. What does content upload include?
I place your supplied text and images into the pages included in your package. Content writing, translation, bulk migration and ongoing content updates are separate.
8. How do revisions and additional work work?
A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback within the agreed scope. Basic includes one round; Standard and Premium include two. New pages, features or design directions are separately estimated.
