FAQ
Do you work with existing interfaces or only new builds?
Both. I can build a new interface, or take over one that already runs and fix what's wrong with it. Plenty of my work has been inherited systems, so send me what you have and I'll tell you what's actually broken before you order.
Can I send you real patient data to debug?
Please don't. Fiverr isn't a channel for PHI and there's no BAA in place. Send de-identified or synthetic messages and I can work from those. If the problem only shows on live data, we do that inside your environment, under your access controls.
Do you need access to our systems or hospital network?
It depends on the job. Some fixes only need message samples, logs and config exports. Anything touching a live feed needs access on your side, arranged by your team. I'll tell you which one your job is before we start.
I don't know which package I need. What should I do?
Message me first. Tell me what you're connecting or what's failing, and I'll tell you which tier fits. If none of them do, I'll send a custom offer.
Will I be able to manage this myself afterwards?
Yes. Every order includes a proper handover, with the code and config included, so your team can maintain and change it without me.
Do you work with FHIR, or only HL7 v2 and DICOM?
