One site per order:
Basic: 1 minor issue on 1 page.
Standard: up to 3 minor issues across 2 pages.
Premium: up to 5 minor issues across 3 pages.
A shared template counts as a page. A full redesign is not included.
I review the reported issue, confirm the scope, check backup readiness, apply the agreed fix and test the affected pages at desktop, tablet and mobile widths. You receive a change summary and test notes.

Not included: malware, data recovery, server or DNS work, payment errors, site outages, custom PHP/JS development or paid licenses.
Revisions cover the agreed defects. Seven-day follow-up includes one check of the delivered fix; new issues need a separate quote.

Should I message you before ordering?
Yes. Send the affected page URL, a screenshot and the result you expect. I will check whether the request fits this gig and recommend a package. This initial scope check is not a full technical diagnosis.
What counts as one issue?
One issue is one agreed defect with a clear expected result on the listed page or template. Related symptoms may share one cause; one symptom may have several causes. I confirm scope before work and discuss unexpected complexity before proceeding.
Do you work with Elementor Free and Pro?
Yes, for the layout and CSS work described here. You must provide a valid license if Pro features are needed. Licenses, new widgets, redesigns and custom PHP or JavaScript development are not included.
What access will you need?
After the order starts, I may need a temporary WordPress account with permissions suited to the agreed task. Use an invitation or delegated access where possible. Do not send your main account password, payment details or unrelated personal data.
Do I need a backup or staging site?
A recent files-and-database backup and a usable restore method are required before changes. We use staging for changes that could affect other pages or features. Hosting backup setup, recovery and staging creation are not included in these packages.
Can you fix critical errors or WooCommerce payments?
These packages cover visual layout and CSS issues only. Site outages, malware, data recovery, server or DNS changes and WooCommerce payment failures are excluded. I will explain when your request needs a different service or specialist.
Do you offer urgent delivery?
Standard delivery is 2, 3 or 5 days, depending on the package. I do not offer guaranteed emergency response or 24/7 availability. Please contact me before ordering if you have a deadline; I will confirm whether I can meet it.
What do revisions and follow-up include?
Revisions address the originally agreed defects, not new features or redesigns. Seven-day follow-up includes one check of the delivered fix and correction of regressions I introduced. Later updates, new causes and unrelated issues require a separate quote.
What if you cannot resolve the agreed issue?
I will explain the findings and options before doing extra work. I will not mark an unresolved repair as complete. We can discuss a revised scope or use Fiverr's Resolution Center when appropriate. Refunds and cancellations follow Fiverr's processes.
Will you use AI tools on my project?
I may use AI coding assistance with sanitized examples. I review and test the changes myself. I do not send passwords, customer records or full backups to AI tools. Tell me before ordering if you require a non-AI workflow so I can confirm suitability.
