FAQ
Do you need my store password?
No. I send a collaborator request from my Shopify Partners dashboard. You approve it in your admin, choose exactly what I can access, and can remove me any time. Your password stays private.
Do I need PageFly, GemPages or any page builder app?
No. I code your page as native Liquid sections inside your theme. No builder app, no monthly fees, and no extra scripts loading on every page.
Can I edit the page myself after delivery?
Yes. Every heading, text block, image, color and button link is a setting in your theme customizer. You can change, reorder or hide sections without touching code.
Will my live store be affected while you work?
No. I work on a duplicate of your theme. You get a private preview link, and nothing goes live until you approve and publish it.
Which themes do you support?
Dawn and other Online Store 2.0 themes, free or paid. If your store uses an older vintage theme, message me before ordering so I can check it first.
What do you need from me to start?
Your store URL, the product link, your logo and brand colors, product photos or videos, and 1 to 3 pages you like. The order form walks you through it.
Is the page mobile friendly?
Yes. Most shoppers buy on their phone, so I design mobile first and test on phone, tablet and desktop before delivery.
What if I don't like the result?
You get revisions in every package, and on Standard and Premium we agree on the layout before I build, so there are no surprises.
