Hey,I will create 3d character model or object from sketch, image, etc with clean Topology.I use Maya Blender and Zbrush for 3d Modeling and Photoshop/Substance Painter for Texturing the 3d Models. If You need Rigged character for animation I can also provide rigging service with additional cost.
