FAQ
Does it work with Outlook too?
Yes. I can build it for Gmail, Google Workspace and Outlook / Microsoft 365. The logic is the same, only the email connection changes.
Will the AI send emails without my approval?
No, not by default. AI replies are saved as drafts so you can review them. If you want, we can turn on auto-send only for safe categories, like simple order status questions.
Is my email data safe?
The assistant runs in your own n8n and uses your own OpenAI account, so your emails stay in systems you control. I don't store your emails anywhere else.
What does it cost to run each month?
You pay for n8n (cloud plan or a small self-hosted server) and OpenAI usage on your own accounts. Before building, I'll estimate the monthly cost based on your email volume.
Can the AI reply in my tone and use my business info?
Yes. Share a few example emails and your FAQs, prices or policies. The AI uses them to write replies that sound like you and give correct answers.
Can you connect it to my CRM or helpdesk?
Yes. The Premium package includes a CRM like HubSpot, Pipedrive or GoHighLevel. Other tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or Notion can be connected through their API with a custom offer.
