Beta Testing is one of the Customer Validation methodologies to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction with the product by the end users, who actually use it, for over a period of time. Product experience gained by the end users are asked for feedback on design, functionality, etc.

The feedback I got for my website for a simple $50 AUD was invaluable and way cheaper than any competitior. I would reccomend this service to anyone starting a new website etc that doesn't quite yet have thousands of dollars to spend on various testing servcies, branding etc.
