Which hosting providers do you support?
I support Hostinger (VPS and shared), DigitalOcean, Contabo, Vultr, Linode, AWS EC2, Google Cloud, Namecheap, and Bluehost, Hostinger, Godday. If you have a different provider, message me first, and I will confirm.
Do I need to buy hosting before ordering?
Yes. You should already have hosting purchased. I do the setup and configuration for you. If you are unsure which hosting to buy, message me and I will recommend the best option for your budget.
Can you migrate my existing WordPress site to a new host?
Yes. I can migrate your WordPress site from any old hosting provider to your new server. Please select the Standard or Premium package and mention migration in your order requirements.
Can you deploy websites other than WordPress?
Yes. I can deploy HTML/CSS static websites, PHP applications (Laravel, CodeIgniter), Node.js applications, and React or Vue.js frontend projects. Select the Premium package for custom deployments.
How will you access my server?
For VPS setups I need SSH login details (server IP, username, and password or SSH key). For shared hosting I need cPanel or Hostinger hPanel login. All credentials are kept fully confidential and deleted after delivery.
What if something stops working after delivery?
Standard package includes 1 day of support after delivery. Premium includes 3 days. I make sure everything is tested and working before I mark the order as delivered.
