Are you a lawyer or public adjuster?
No. I am a Licensed Property Claims Adjuster. I provide claim support, documentation assistance, and policy review, but I do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or public adjusting services.
What do I need to get started?
If available, please provide your insurance policy, claim number, photos of the damage, estimates, insurer correspondence, and any documentation related to your claim.
Can you review my insurance policy?
Yes. I can review your policy and help you better understand coverages, deductibles, limits, exclusions, and how they may apply to your claim.
Can you communicate with my insurance company?
No, but I can discuss everything in full with you.
Do you write Xactimate estimates?
Yes. Supplemental Xactimate estimates and 2D sketches are available as add-on services when appropriate for your claim.
What is included in the Claim Report?
The report includes consultation notes (for you), policy observations, claim documentation review, identified concerns, and recommended next steps to help prepare your claim for submission or continued handling.
What is included in Ongoing Claims Ally Support?
The Premium package includes 14 days of support with unlimited messaging, document review, and 3 scheduled video consultations to help guide you through your claim.
What services are not offered?
I do not handle commercial claims, liability claims, legal matters, litigation support, public adjusting services, or attorney representation.
