What do I need to send you to get started?
Your high-quality recorded clips, the message or script you want to communicate, and if you have a logo or brand colors, send those as well. If there's a specific music track you'd like to use, include it too. That's enough to get started.
Do you provide the music?
No, I don't select or add music by default. If you have a specific song or track you'd like in your video, send it to me and I'll integrate it. What I do include in all packages are sound effects synchronized with the content.
Do you generate the background images yourself?
No, I don't generate the background images myself. If you have specific images you'd like to use, send them over and I'll incorporate them into the edit. If needed, I can also use stock footage and visual resources that fit the content and style of the video.
Can I request specific icons or graphic elements?
Yes, starting with the Standard package, I can integrate icons and visual elements based on your instructions. The more specific you are about what you want, the better the final result will be.
What format do you deliver the video in?
In a vertical 9:16 format, ready to upload to TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. If you need a different format, please contact me before placing your order.
What if I don't like the final result?
Each package includes revisions. A revision is a set of adjustments made to the same video — it is not a completely new video created from scratch. If your requested changes are significantly different from the original brief, an additional fee may apply.
Can I send you low-quality videos?
The quality of the final result depends directly on the quality of the original footage. If the video is very dark, shaky, or has poor audio, the final edit will be affected. I recommend recording with good lighting and clear audio whenever possible.
Do you work with any niche or type of content?
