How much experience do you have?
I have over 15 years experience in business operations and human resources in a corporate setting. I have been consulting small businesses for 10 years.
What kind of help can you give a new business?
I assist new businesses with deciding business structure (sole proprietorship, LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp), developing a business plan, identify target audiences, pricing, marketing ideas, competitor analysis, SWOT analysis and more.
Why 3 levels of service?
Business are typically in different stages and my pricing is adjusted to match business needs no matter whatever stage they are in. Please note, only the advanced consulting services comes with a strategy document included. Strategy documents are available a la carte for other levels of service.
What are your credentials?
I have a Master's in Human Resources and an MBA. I also received my HR Certification in 2014. I have both, a PHR Certification and a SHRM-CP Certification.
What type of human resources help can you provide?
