About this Gig
This service is to migrate your existing email from any provider (i.e., G Suite, Zoho, your web host, on-premise Exchange, etc.) to Microsoft Office 365.
The migration only includes migrating email. If you are looking to migrate other content such as Google Drive, Box, Dropbox or any other cloud storage over to OneDrive please contact me first.
Contacts and and calendars are also migrated (in addition to emails and files). I will work with you to create a migration plan and schedule so there is no downtime to your business.
I am based in West Midlands in the United Kingdom and can provide support before, during, and after the migration. I have experience migrating companies of up to 150 users to Office 365 and I am an official Microsoft and Google Partner and have been working with cloud solution providers for over 10 years.
In order to walk through the migration process, I may request we have a Zoom, Skype, or phone call. This is optional but can be a good way to ensure we understand the process and associated timeline.
If you have many accounts to migrate (10+), I am happy to offer a bulk discount.

How long will the downtime be during migration?
You will not have any downtime. We will ensure that email delivery is not lost so during the transfer all emails will automatically be routed to your new mailbox ready for when you re-add the new migrated email account to your device.
What servers / setups can you migrate from?
We can migrate from all different types of servers, whether that is on / off premise Exchange servers, IMAP servers, Hosted Email servers. We support them all!
What details do you need for the migration?
We will require a list of the username and passwords for the email accounts in order to pull and migrate the emails across to your newly chosen provider. All of this will be discussed on a brief Zoom / Skype call.
