What do you need from me to start working on my project?
1. Product images (JPEG, TIFF, PNG,.cr2, etc.). 2. Product description or product URL. 3. Example of the images that you like (Optional).
What should I provide if I need a 3D rendering image?
Please provide a 3D Model file (3ds, max, c4d, blend, obj), which you can ask your supplier for. If you don't have a 3D model file, we can sculpt it. Please contact us for more info.
What if I don't have images or 3D source file of my product?
Please contact me first and we can manage this. You can do the photos by yourself, hire a local photographer or simply ship the item to me.
How do I ship my product to you if I choose a Photography Order?
You or your supplier can ship the product to our offices in Hong Kong or China Mainland. Photography service may cost an additional handling cost.
Can you help me with the Bullet point, product description or A+ description ?
Yes, we provide copywriting and amazon description services. Please contact us for more info.
Can you design images for other platforms besides Amazon?
Of course. Walmart, eBay, Aliexpress, Shopify and so on.
