I will need administrator/publish access to your Google Tag Manager (GTM) account, administrator access to your website backend (Shopify, WordPress, etc.), and access to your CMP account (Cookiebot, OneTrust, etc.) if you already have one.
What is Google Consent Mode V2, and why do I need it?
Google Consent Mode V2 is a mandatory privacy framework by Google for websites targeting the EU/UK. It adjusts how your Google Tags (GA4 and Google Ads) behave based on user consent. Without it, Google will stop capturing conversion data, and your ad performance will drop.
Will I have to pay for the CMP (Cookiebot, OneTrust, etc.) subscription?
Yes, the buyer is responsible for any third-party CMP tool subscription fees. Many tools offer a free tier for small websites (under 100 pages), but if your website is large, you will need to purchase their premium monthly plan. My gig price only covers my setup service.
