FAQ
What fabrics do your transfers work on?
Cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends (50/50 and 60/40), nylon, fleece, canvas, and treated leather. We don't recommend DTF on waterproof-coated or very textured technical fabrics — if you're unsure, just ask.
What file format should I send?
PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI or higher is ideal. We can also work from PDF, AI, PSD, and JPG files. If your artwork needs tidying up, let us know — we can help.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We're primarily a UK supplier and do not currently ship worldwide..
Do I need a professional heat press?
A heat press gives the best results, but our transfers also work well with a quality domestic iron on a firm surface. We'll include pressing instructions with every order.
How long will the print last?
Our transfers are wash-fast and durable when pressed correctly. Wash inside out at 30–40°C for best longevity.
Can you print white ink?
Yes — DTF is one of the few transfer methods that prints true white as part of the design, making it ideal for dark-coloured garments.
