Basic: a 1-page event concept, 12-week planning timeline, and 25+ item task checklist. Standard adds an itemized budget sheet, vendor list template, and hour-by-hour run-of-show. Premium adds a booth or activation layout, staffing plan, team cheat sheet, and QR lead-capture plan.
Can the plan be customized to my event?
Yes. Every plan is built around your event type, goals, guest count, and budget. If your event needs something outside these packages, message me for a custom offer.
Do you coordinate on-site?
These packages cover planning only, so you or your team can run the day with confidence. For on-site support, message me on Fiverr to discuss a custom offer.
Can you plan an event outside the U.S.?
Yes. The plan works anywhere; vendor suggestions are templates you fill in locally.
How far in advance should I order?
Ideally, 4 or more weeks before your event. Short on time? Add Extra Fast Delivery, or message me before ordering to confirm I can meet your date.
What if my event details change after delivery?
Each package includes revisions (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, 3 for Premium). Additional revisions can be added as an extra.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your event type, date, location, goals, guest count, and budget, plus any brand assets or inspiration. You’ll answer these questions when you place your order.
What format will I receive?
