Will you write my SMS message?
You supply the final message, including your business name and any link or offer. Message writing is not included. I will confirm your supplied text with you before sending.
Which countries can you send SMS campaigns to?
Coverage depends on your destination, platform and sender setup. Tell me your target country before ordering so I can check whether your campaign can be supported.
Can you send messages to different customer groups?
Yes.Each recipient receives one message within the agreed campaign.
Can you use my business name as the sender?
Custom sender IDs are available where supported and approved. Requirements vary by destination and platform. Some campaigns need a registered sending number instead.
How quickly can you launch my campaign?
Delivery depends on your package and account readiness. Your final message, contacts, credits and any required sender approvals must be ready before the campaign can launch.
What will the campaign report show?
The report includes the statuses available from the platform, such as sent, delivered, pending or failed.
What happens if some messages fail?
I review the available failure information and explain what the platform reports. Resending may require corrections and additional sending credits.
Can I book regular SMS campaigns?
