What operating systems do you support?
macOS, Windows including WSL, and Linux. Tell me which you're on and I'll confirm any prerequisites before you order.
Do I need my own Claude subscription or API key?
Yes, you'll need your own Claude account or Anthropic API key. I'll advise which plan fits your usage, and I never store your credentials.
My Claude Code is already broken. Can you fix it?
That's a large part of my work. Send me the error and what you were doing when it broke, and I'll tell you upfront whether I can fix it and which package you need.
What is an MCP server and do I need one?
MCP servers let Claude connect directly to your tools, GitHub, databases, Notion, Slack. If you want Claude working with your real data instead of just local files, yes. Included from Standard up.
Can you teach me rather than just set it up?
Yes. Every package includes consulting minutes and a walkthrough, and you can add more time as an extra if you want dedicated training.
Do you work over screen share?
Yes, and I recommend it. Setup goes faster and you see exactly what's configured on your own machine.

That's the live time we spend together: setup, walkthrough, and answering your questions. Basic includes 30 minutes, Standard 60, Premium 120.
