This is a type of Induced motion illusion designed to challenge our visual senses in result viewing movement in the text or sentences as we read one word to another.
WHAT IS IT ACTUALLY?
Illusory motion is perceived as movement when one person focusing from stimuli to others. (Text/Letters/words *Here incase)The perceived motion can also manifest by the eyes changing position. In either case, an aftereffect may occur.
Try it yourself with demos. Read the text from good viewing distance. You may find some words are rippling, waving, or moving into different directions.
